Not my first time using exotic pets. I purchased a snake from them this time. From placing my order to delivery was very smooth. I received email communication on updates and a small questionnaire to fill out regarding the animals housing along with photo evidence to be provided. Although to some this may seem tedious to me this showed me they cared about the animals more then the money. I requested feeding records which was sent with the animal (not sure if it would have been the case anyway but I asked just incase). From my understanding the process of answering some of the questions is made easier when purchasing the set up and or equipment through them which I will do with my next purchase already spotted a few animals I am keen to have as part of my collection 100% recommend this company. With regards to delivery I got a text the evening before giving me a hour and a half time slot for when the driver expected to arrive with me and he was right in the middle of the window which was great. The snake is in great health with no concerns when she arrived and has settled in great and had her first meal with me too.
