Apart from the time of arrival for the cornsnake I ordered 6:30am no lie in on my day off lol the whole process was great good detail and advice. To top it of the delivery driver was brilliant he called when he arrived and I went out and met him outside as we live in a flat and didn't want him to make the extra effort climbing the stairs, glad I did as he was a older gent and had a nice chat with him as well so great service all around.
