My dealings with buying live food and habitat accessories have been very successful. The staff in customer care are nice and the team is efficient. One thing that I am weary of is that the site offers buying animals without pictures of the specific individuals. There are statements on whether they are CB or WC and age etc. However the images are always stock and I am not aware of the communication levels as to what the background details are of each individual. These conditions discourage my potential buying of animals via your site and also recommendation to others to use your site. Despite this I am very happy with all of the stock I have received thus far, and will continue to purchase live food and habitat accessories.
