I purchased a Pueblan Milk Snake hatchling. The packaging was top notch with a nice warm heat pack to keep her snug. She was lively and in perfect health. I also ordered some things to add the finishing touches to her new home which came with the snake. One item was missing to her things which I was contacted about and the customer services is great.
