What i ordered was out of stock a week later after i placed an order for substrate for my hamster to burrow and dig in, but they gave me options in customer services and even offered a refund and different items. I asked and decided to wait till they were back in stock which took another week till it finally dispatched and arrived within 2 days of dispatchment. While i was disappointed my order went out of stock a week after i ordered, customer services went out of their way to respond to my queries and my decision to wait, so i cannot fault them for their amazing service especially during this pandemic. I applaud all the workers there for a job well done and a happy customer, will definately be ordering again some time soon. :)
