Amazing customer service, however i received no delivery slot, the delivery driver showed up with no for warning, was extremely rude and shouted at both me and my house mate. I was told I would receive a text/call with a slot which I explained to the driver, who only met me with abuse and that he wasn't able to text/call ahead. This confuses me as I was clearly instructed I would have a slot. I have never had such poor treatment from any delivery service before. Exotic pets was otherwise a positive service but this whole encounter has put me off using them again.
