Room was not as advertised on Expedia. I contacted Expedia within 24 hours of check in to let them know about the discrepancy. They advised that I check out and they would contact the hotel to see what they could do. During checkout, the hotel said they had sent paperwork to Expedia. Expedia blamed the hotel and the hotel blamed
Expedia. Both said they would
like to be able to cancel and provide a partial refund but they were unable because that could only be done through the other party. Buyer beware. You may not get what is advertised on Expedia website. And if there is a discrepancy between the two you will given an apology and that’s all.
