This was the first time I used Expedite, and I'm pleased to say that my (much cheaper) goods arrived intact and within the time stated.
If there's one thing that really needs improvement, it's the part that keeps us the customer informed where our goods are during the various stages of transport from Expedite, to us.
Mine just said it was in transit until it actually arrived, other than that, it was a good shopping 'experience', and I plan to use them again.
