Overall this was a fantastic experience and a truly amazing trip. I had great and fast communication from Experience the Himalayas from the start, mainly by email. They were also very accomodating when a closure of Kathmandu airport meant that we arrived in Kathmandu five days behind schedule. The trip was rescheduled accordingly and both the contact in Kathmandu and our guide for the trek made sure that we still got to experience the full trek despite our delays. Our guide was extremely knowledgable of the whole trail and the many surrounding mountains and villages. His care and concern for us was also very good ensuring that any early signs of altitude sickness were caught and addressed. His understanding of the optimum time to leave each tea house each morning and also reading of the changing weather was also invaluable. I`ve been extremely happy overall with Experience the Himalayas.
