Disgusting! This company rips people off! You recieve a gift card saying that a certain experience is valid for 1 year and when you try to book it is only available for 7 months of the of the year! Customer service and sales manger Garry Foulkes is totally unhelpful says the purchaser should have checked - purchaser is 78 years old with parkinsons! No compassion at all - Told I have to pay £20 to extend the voucher or exchange the experience - then told no further correspondence will be made. Most of the experiences I looked at to exchange with are not running from November to April - total con they should be ashamed!! Don't buy from them!!!
