I learned that there is a fee on the withdrawal amount if you don't trade with them after depositing the funds! Despite the fact that my case was valid, customer service did not respond upon my request even after a few exchange emails. Had it not been for k E Z O O K's intervention, I would have lost everything I had, including the account, and I would have been deeply in debt.
They saved me and returned all of my money.
