Ordered items for an event and didn't turn up on time. I ordered the Event Kit however got sent Event Kit 2 which had the literature stand missing, the product descriptions need evaluating on the website if there is confusion between the product description names. The prices on the website were also inaccurate which caused a lot of confusion. Got the missing item resent out and it didn't arrive in time for the event even though I asked for this to be on a pre 10am service. The account manager wasn't very helpful or polite. It was our first time ordering with this company, but I will not be ordering from this company again everything from ordering, customer service to delivery was terrible.
