I made an order for custom made bucket hats and they got the sizing wrong and instead of just offering to fix my order up and send me the correct order, this is what they offered me via email.
Unfortunately, I am now out of stock of the larger size, and my restock order isn't due to arrive till late June. I have larges available in the Royal blue and Black option, would you like me to have the missing 15 larges done up in one of those colours? If you would like to go with another colour let me know, I will organize a courier to pick up the 15 medium or I can offer them to you a 50% discount.
Another option would be a 50% refund for the order over them being redone.
How this shouldve been handled was they tell me that they will send the correct order ASAP because I stipulated that this order was a practice order for maybe many big orders to come and they knew this order was for a show case we were having by a certain weekend and wanted to give out merchandise.
Very disappointed with how this company have handled my order issue.
