I visited the Henley branch to get two new tyres fitted. During the inspection it was noted that the rear brakes needed replacing so I decided to get these changed at the same time.
The garage had problems with the cars' electronic braking system and used the vehicle emergency release system which unfortunately rendered the electronic parking brake inoperative. I contacted the head office and they agreed to organise a specialist diagnostic service to get the problem sorted out.
The diagnostic service sorted out the problem and the handbrake is fixed.
Not quite what I expected when I went in for new tyres but both the Henley manager and the head office were extremely polite and helpful in getting everything resolved quickly so I am very happy......the tyres are good too and no problems there !
