Having booked to have two tyres replaced the tyres did not arrive as planned and the fitting was delayed by two days. Although extremely disappointing the management staff on duty kept me regularly updated and ensured that my tyres were replaced as quickly as possible. They were the utmost professionals and it is their approach that will encourage me to return to Express Fit Autocentres in the future. Both Darren and Simon are a credit to the company.
