I used their unlock service for a newer Samsung phone, was being skeptical but it worked like a charm. Once i got the confirmation i restarted the phone and voila: phone unlocked!
Very easy to use in just one step: input the imei and just wait until you get the confirmation. Don't freak out after 1 hour, just leave that page open and that's it.
