This site is a SCAM. Better beware. I can't phantom that anyone could have a good experience with these thieves. At first you get bombarded by calls and messages, but when you try to withdraw money or close your account they all disappear and you can't get any answers to your questions. I have tried to close my account since Oct 25th to no avail. Trades have continues without my consent and against my wishes. All sorts of excuses are put forward (not enough volume, you need an insurance) in order NOT to execute my orders. This is undoubtedly a SCAM (look at other review sites). STAY AWAY!!!
