Excellent, friendly service and a brilliant product. Mike almost always was on the end of the telephone and good-naturedly received and dealt with all my queries and troubles, so I felt able to ring and know I would be met with a friendly, patient response. The books, "The Hole in the Tree", and "The Night of the Great Wind" have an excellent good-quality "feel" to them, so I felt proud to be able to put them on show, and they were sent to me very promptly, very well packaged. The best plus for me was the quality of the colour reproduction - all the subtleties of water colour painting came out perfectly. Exwhyzed have now produced two lovely books for me and I will certainly use them again.
