Worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
Order placed on the 6 Nov parcel never delivered to me. Problem was with DHL but exxpozed made no effort to resolve the matter with DHL. I was told by exxpozed if I did not stop bothering them the investigation would be cancelled.
Finally received a refunded from pay pal today.
I would estimate it took 5 hours of phone calls and numerous emails to eventually get my money back.
Very unpleasant and was treated as if I was the one in the wrong the whole time.
