I orderd a helmet the 25th of july. The 26th of july eXXpozed sent me an email with an order cancellation. No reason why the order was cancelled.
However, the money was already deducted from my bank account. Its been a full week now, and eXXpozed do STILL have my money. They neither answer on email or telephone. I have sent 3-4 mails asking when i can expect to get my money - no answer.
This morning i got an email with a totally different order number, saying the item was sold out but is now ordered from the manufacturer. However, the original order was cancelled and i got my item from another shop.
So all in all, eXXpozed is still having my 184,62 euro. I am still waiting for them to be refunded.
Will never advice anyone to shop here..
