NO REFUND (it's been a month already) Items (2 Fjallraven jackets) EU-00099342 received in the end of January 2023. Jackets seemed too large so i initiated a return procedure. Sadly, no confirmation letter. I have a proof from the post service company that the package is received on February 8th. So now its more than a month since that. The sum is quite large (~1000 euros) so situation like this makes me worrying. Of course i tried to contact eXXpozed few times but no result, no answer. Please act accordingly and respect your customers. If you are not able to process all the refunds, inform customers about the situation and when should they expect refunds.
