They take your money and never ship the order. They won't answer emails, but every 8th day they'll send an automated mail telling you that they are either of out of stock for some unspecified item OR that they haven't received your money. There is no way of cancelling the order or get a refund. They seem to have been delaying orders and not paying out refunds for a long time, and it seems to get worse. I've seen this behavior in several companies on the brink of bankruptcy before. Getting short-term capital from your customers isn't sustainable and will just delay the inevitable. They're just digging them self deeper into the mud, and in worst case they're actually filling their pockets with our money on the way out. I'll be surprised if they come out of this and start delivering again.
