I ordered a pair of Bogner ski pants from this company and paid for them to be shipped via DHL which typically takes 3-5 days from overseas. A Month later still no pants. I tried to cancel and Florian Steinweg gave me a tracking # but I called DHL and they said it was wrong. He insisted that it was right and called me a liar. I asked him to cancel the order and he claimed he couldn't cancel, 2 month later item showed up in a damaged box through US postal service and was left at my front door, I took back to the post office and I refused to accept shipping as Florian, said just send it back when you get it. They have now confirmed receipt of pants for 30 Days and are ignoring crediting my Visa card. when they received the package, they claimed I will be credited within 10 days. this was June 9 and today is July 22. bad bad company with no ethics.
