I placed an order on 11/23, I requested 2 day shipping. I emailed on requesting status since information on website wasn’t updated. On 11/28 I called customer service. After being on hold for 1 hr and 30 min a very kind gentleman explained that the contacts I ordered were out of stock so they requested my order be sent from a warehouse closer to me that had them available. He credited the additional shipping fee I paid for 2 day delivery and said he would need to find out where my order was. Since it was almost 5 pm he would email me in the morning with his findings. I received an email from EZ contacts “with shipping info” unfortunately when clicking the link it states “status update is not available” I am disappointed that EZ contacts was not easy At all. Having to wait on the phone for over an hour and a half is ridiculous. Having order status available shouldn’t be difficult to get. The on hold recording states there is a chat available.. I wasn’t able to locate anywhere on the website.. The only positive comment I can make at this point is the kind person who finally answered the phone and attempted to assist.
