Ordered a pair of sunglasses. Received an email that the order was processed and shipped. When I did not receive the sunglasses withing 3 - 4 weeks I emailed their customer service department and was told that the sunglasses were backed ordered and would ship out within the next week or two.
1) EZContacts should have contacted me directly so that I could confirm or cancel the order.
2) And since I did receive an email that the sunglasses were shipped right after I ordered them, then there must be some wires crossed somewhere.
