Great prices. HOWEVER… I have made two separate orders for three items. All items said in stock and ships in 3-5 business days. 5 business days go by and not even an acknowledgment in a delay. I have to touch base with customer service regarding both orders. BOTH are said to be issues with “restocking by their manufacturers” and could take THREE WEEKS. Why were the issues listed as in stock and ready to ship then? This raises questions for me as a buyer whether they have the items on hand, or simply order when they receive an order? How long would I have had to wait to receive any communication regarding this major delay? I’m not impressed with my buying experience from this company thus far, and I doubt I would ever buy from them again.
