Ordered over the holiday weekend. Order was not processed and shipped until Wednesday. Ok, there was a holiday, no problem. Tracking said arrival on Saturday. That would have been fine. They use DHL. Turns out Saturday delivery was to the USPS regional faciliity, 200 miles away from me. I will not have my lenses until at least 10 days after ordering. This is unacceptable in moderrn times. I have ordered lenses from several other vendors, and they usually are in my eyes 3-4 days later. It's a small package. They could have put some stamps on it and cut out the middleman. DHL just wasted 3 days of my time.
