I have bought 4 pairs of glasses over the years with great experience. I recently placed an order for a nonprescription set of costas and it has taken over 2 months and still not shipped. They are available directly from the manufacturer, yet EZ contacts have said the manufacturer is having issues with stock. This was an order that showed to be available when I purchased. Emails to customer service yield apologies but no answers.
