I broke a pair of glasses i had. fortunately, you had them in stock. Fortunately, I had confidence of the manufacturer and model from my receipt from years prior. (This day and age,we receive a email receipt once an order was placed. although I don’t like more email than is necessary, having the order confirmation, email would’ve been nice. Why, to confirm the order was successfully placed and would be shipped. I received emails regarding successful registration and offers as a new customer, but what I was really looking for was the confirmation of the order. I checked my Visa statement and it looks like it is moving forward.
