I ordered contacts but mixed up the right and left eye perceptions. On website right eye was on left side and left eye on right. I immediately contacted EZContacts through the link of the Order Number: asking if this could be corrected before the order was processed or if I needed to start over and cancel this order. I sent a message about it twice just to be sure with it marked up to be contacted my text message. Since it was the weekend I figure I’d have to wait till next business day. I’ve not been contacted at all and order has been processed and is on the way and now I have to cancel the order.
