took two weeks for me to see any update on my order… i reached out asking why they hadn’t shipped… then got an email saying oops they don’t actually carry the ones i ordered anymore… really?… it took two weeks to tell me that? then i have to jump on the phone with someone in order to get my refund - it’s all just a little weird - person on the phone was sweet though, but i’m nervous about placing anymore orders because i don’t actually have any idea if they actually have what i’m ordering
