I ordered my prescription glasses on 1/19/2025. I received them on 2/24/2025. It wasn’t until I pressured customer service that I learned the glasses I purchased were out of stock. The fact I paid in full upfront on an item out of stock is a problem. There’s plenty of room for improvement in their customer service department. I would have appreciated a discount for my inconvenience. They did offer me a full refund and or another in stock item.
