Great design - terrible production and support.
The bed had missing parts, production damage, missing holes, and incorrect fittings. I've been going back and forth with support for weeks. There was a fundamental floor with the bolts provided being too big for the trundle bed to fit under the loft bed. The steps don't fit flush, and are wobbly and dangerous.
