While the actual wall bed itself is a good product, I also had a top-shelf unit that had one of the main panels cracked in transit, crack was more than cosmetic as it appeared to extend halfway through the panel. The instructions that came with the products did not match the product and the pictures on the website of the storage unit did not match what I got. While there is a message on the website, that I did not initially see at the point of order that says that pictures may not match the product accurately, I can understand some differences in small details but not an entirely different product. The same picture appeared in my order summary email and surely you can expect that the picture in an order summary email would match what you are actually getting (and there was no disclaimer in the email). You guys really need to manage your website better and have more accurate representations of what I am getting, its very misleading, especially in an order confirmation email and the disclaimer really doesn't cut it
I have been to and fro with customer support for over 2 weeks trying to get a replacement and they finally advise me that they actually had no top storage (the product in my order summary picture) units in stock. I then opted to just get a refund on the top shelf unit as I was not satisfied with not getting the product I thought I ordered and it's just taking too long to get a resolution. The refund is currently outstanding as your customer service team is awaiting advice on what refund to offer me as it was part of a combo, I would like whatever refund I get to take into account the inconvenience of the whole situation.
