I'm impressed with the bunk's design and how well it functions. Their customer service is also impeccable. However, I find the installation process to be challenging. It's difficult to distinguish between some of the panels, making it hard for me to determine which is which. I hope this aspect will be improved in future iterations. Overall great product and helpful staff.
