I rarely write reviews, but when it comes to ezSpace, I had to make an exception. After redoing my daughter’s room, I ordered her a loft bed from these guys. She's been obsessed with having a "cool" room. She’s got her little study corner underneath, and insists that she's got the coolest room among all her friends now. What really got me was the build of the bed. This thing doesn’t shake or make me nervous when she’s up there. It’s sturdy, and the guardrails are dependable (big relief). The whole buying process was smooth, no glitches. I wasn't up for assembling furniture, but the instructions were clear, no missing parts (thank goodness), and I managed to get it set up without any leftover screws (a first!). ezSpace customer team checked in to see if we were happy with the purchase a few times and offered help right out of the gate.
