Customer service was top notch, no faults there. Unfortunately the shipping company seemed to be a little careless in transport. Looks like the boxes were walked all over resulting in minor damage to the product. I was hoping for better quality of materials given the price point, the product is just laminated chipboard, it does damage easily there are a few scratches already. Assembly was relatively straightforward, there were a few instances where we improvised as the instructions were flat out wrong or we didn't fancy building the shelving for the desk prior to slotting it into place as it would have been quite heavy to do so. But overall all it is a nice piece of solid furniture and I would still recommend it, it is better than most flat pack furniture out there.
