Whilst the ordering process and customer service has been great the rest of the process has been a nightmare.
I ordered the Nobu wall bed with desk and latex mattress.
Unsure what happened but apparently they "lost" my order somewhere. EzSpace sent me a tracking number that didn't work and the next thing I knew the courier company advised it was being delivered that day. No warning from EzSpace.
It was finally delivered on 12 September with several boxes torn. It was so heavy I was unable to carry it into my apartment and had to bring in help from neighbours. If you live alone beware b/c the parts are too heavy for one person.
I was so excited and arranged for a professional to assemble the bed for me at a cost of $600 plus GST. During assembly it was discovered that the bed they sent was incorrect - I ordered a vertical and they sent a horizontal bed.
So since 16 September I have a room full of EzSpace parts and no idea when the correct parts will be delivered. They are saying early October but that could mean any time.
They are yet to agree to pay for the installer to come out a second time due to their delivery error so let's see how that plays out.
I'm so disappointed as the reviews for these guys was really good.
The saving grace in all this has been the customer service team. They have responded quickly although they have no power over any decisions like getting the payment for the second installation, but they are polite and quick to respond.
