Purchased some earrings for a family members online and was provided with a delivery date. When the item did not arrive i called the Customer Service team in Uxbridge only to be told basically it was tough and i should have paid more for better postage option. Was told they wouldn't even look into it for 10 days and then down to me to call back. Asked to speak to a Manager only to be told no one available and then when i made a complaint was told i hadn't even asked to speak to one. I don't know what the products are like as i have still not received my purchase but customer service is awful and at the end of the day all companies have problems but its how they deal with them is a mark of a good company and my experience with F.Hinds was absolutely awful. I would also fear give my experience that they will even be around for much longer.
