I ordered a blouse on 17th of September, 2022. I got it on the 27th of September. Now, not only did I receive a wrong size(two sizes bigger than what was ordered), the finishing of the product was also very poor and frankly, no one should be paying this much for something so badly constructed in the first place. I tried giving these guys a chance and had initially thought about wearing the blouse during the pujas and asked them to speed deliver the correct size by atleast 1st of Oct, but these guys weren't able to send me the right size on time. Therefore, I had to return the blouse and wait for the refund. Funny thing is, my order was returned on 27th or 28th of September, yet it is taking them more than a week to collect the wrong item. Another weird thing was that even though I had explained that I am an XS, and that I ordered an XS, and I received an M size, they kept asking me if I wore it and saw. I faced this from 3 representatives. This was because, according to them, sometimes they stich the wrong size tags to the product. (LOL)Well, here is some news, if I hadn't had worn it on, how could I have know that you guys sent me the wrong size? You guys made it pretty hectic for me without really any fault of mine. And this entire experience has been nothing but tiresome. Hope you guys realise the distress caused by this mix up.
