Been dealing with Fabriclore since years and never had an issue. However my recent experience has made me realize that the Business Manager is a joke. And he runs an inefficient team or at least the one person I am dealing with is stressed out. The customer service is incredibly defensive and although the delays and errors are from their end, the apology offered is a calculative move to ensure they can go right ahead and not take any responsibility to fully correct their issues within reasonable time. It’s been over two weeks and I am still to receive two off the four fabrics offered. While they were very efficient in collecting the package which was wrongly delivered to me almost instantly. But when it came to resolving my issue by providing me with my fabrics - this has been a long drawn out matter. Conveniently for them, it’s a complex system of couriers and locating it as slowly as possible. And I was not provided any tracking details for the partial courier until I sent messages on Instagram, email and WhatsApp because I had been lied to. They never did send it on the day they confirmed. It was sent 3 days later. What I don’t get is why can’t you inform me that there has been a further delay or provide a refund which is a credit for purchasing fabric on line. In the past, this has been done without even asking. It’s a crying shame because their fabrics are amazing. Their Business Manager is definitely not solution focused. And their efficiencies have clearly declined. I am giving them two stars because they did fix the issue partially by sending me two of the four fabrics soon after from the company.
