FWD, terrible costumer service and policies I received my neoprene fabric from FWD, and it arrived in terrible condition. It had a large stain and deep creases running horizontally, vertically, and diagonally, making it completely unusable. Apparently, anything under a certain yardage is shipped folded, but there’s no notice or option to upgrade shipping during checkout. As a result, the neoprene was folded and crammed into a box. When I requested a replacement in good condition, they asked me to send more money. Seriously? I’ve now filed a dispute with my credit card company over the original charges. Order from Mood Fabrics
