Die DMS Creme von Faces of Fey enthielt deutlich spürbare Körnchen, wie ein klassisches Peeling. Auf meine Anfrage diesbezüglich schrieb mir das Unternehmen, dass diese Körnchen der Wirkstoff Allantoin ist, der (Zitat) "sich normalerweise bei Körpertemperatur auflöst". Tut er aber leider nicht. Auf meine Frage, ob ich das Produkt umtauschen kann, hieß es, Umtausch macht keinen Sinn, weil alle Cremes dieser Reihe diese untypischen Körnchen enthalten. Bin sehr traurig und enttäuscht.
