Unacceptable service Keep away from this brand I ordered two pairs of pjs size XL during the Black Friday sale, which arrived a month later and they were way too small for an XL. They responded explaining they cannot exchange these but I need to pay the courier sending them to Thessaloniki although they arrived from Roumania. ACS courier charged me €16.80 -more than the one pair of pjs-. I am now well into two weeks later and have not received a confirmation/news of when I will be reimbursed my money. Unacceptable I have never had a worst experience. The courier even said all returns for online orders always are for the supplier!!! Please be careful and avoid these crooks.
