Very disappointed in the carelessness of this company and the utter disregard they have for there customers. I order something that didn't appear for over 1 month I asked them where my parcel is they just send me a message that it might be late! another almost half a month later the send me a message that the product is out of stock and they won't be sending it ! I went on their page and to my surprise the product was of course still available and 3times the price of what I ordered it for ! I sent the a message to ask how this is possible and why would they just cancel my order since they still have the products online and not only did they not apologise or even care to conversate about the situation that I was trying to understand they send me an email back claiming that the product is not available online and I am mistaken so they told me to give them proof that it said on their page that the product is available ! Of course I send them photos showing that it is in stock and available and they just said that they can't help me ! Very unhelpful ,very uncaring and they really don't know how to help if anything happens to your parcels or if you want to know about a product they just keep on sending you messages from other users so you can never get a forward answer! UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED.
