Telephoned faultyx for advice on an outdoor Ethernet cable for connection from a router to a TV box to an out building was concerned that I may have been ordering the wrong cable but having spoken with the sales advisor was assured and the cable has been installed with no problems ends plugged in straight away, very impressed with the service
