This is the second time I have used Faculty-X, a few years ago I bought my original 200Mbps homeplugs from them and it made sense to go back to them when I wanted to upgrade. After placing the order, I realised I had ordered the wrong "version" of the 500Mbps homeplug and sent them an email pointing this out. They contacted me very quickly to sort the situation out, which was to my complete satisfaction. Prices are good and delivery was excellent (they were happy to deliver to my work address, so no "missed delivery" card from the postman or courier!). Obviously I would use again, because I did!
