This is the second pair of these Solwise plugs I have bought from Faculty X. Speedy delivery and the product works straight out of the box. Plug them in, connect cables, wait for three lights and you get a connection. The only issue with them is they get upset if you switch the house power on and off several times e.g. when doing electrical work. It takes time for the plugs to settle down again and re-establish a connection. In these circumstances I would remove them from the sockets if you plan to have the power on and off several times. All in all, an excellent alternative to wifi and simplicity itself.
