I purchased a Solwise 500mbps Pass through Homeplug NET-PLV-500AV-PIGGY from Faculty-X, late on Sunday, 27 July 2014. I normally purchase such items (electronic) from either Amazon or eBay - both, of which, have provided excellent service in the past. However, a little research indicated that Faculty-X was more competitive than either Amazon or eBay on price, for this product, on this occasion. So as this is obviously an important prerequisite prior to purchase I decided to purchase from Faculty-X - albeit, not without, a little nervousness regarding the speed of service in despatching goods. In the final event, this was completely unwarranted as Faculty-X met my expectations completely, if not exceeding them. As I say the item was ordered online on Sunday, late. So they would have had the order on the next business day (Monday). I received an email on that Monday (28 July) timed at 10:45am informing me that the goods had been despatched. And on the Wednesday morning of 30 July, Royal Mail delivered the item. So recapping excellent pricing, excellent service in keeping me informed (via email) and fantastically fast service in despatching the goods - everything I, or any customer, could ask for.
