In the letter of acknowledgement of 16/4/19, from Rob Murray there was no
mention of the two cheques I had enclosed with my application to Investec.
One was for your fee and the other for Investec. Quite extraordinary not to
mention them. I had to check with my bank to make sure that the cheques
had been received and processed. Not impressed.
